9th floor modern, elegant stay in City Pool

Check in was late, i extremely disliked that. The bed was uncomfortable, i also disliked that. The apartment wasn’t clean, hated it.

The view is beautiful. Close to shops and transport

When I arrived there were a lot of Midges in the kitchen area . The mosquitoes were unbearable I could not sleep. The bedding sheets are not cleaned well as they caused bodies to itch, an allergic reaction to the skin. TV signal wifi very bad.

The location and view was very nice in the center of downtown. Everything was situated fairly close to the building, "The Duke" It was also very nice having security in the lobby. The roof deck was very good for getting some sun! And the view of Table Mountain was excellent. So if you stay in this building, make sure you get the Table Mountain view!

I did not like the fact the unit was listed as a one bedroom, when in fact it was a studio. The unit was not ready for check-in when promised, but when I requested a 2:00pm checkout instead of 10:00am; I was only given to 11:00am. The apartment should at least have local television stations. U-tube and Netflix only is insufficient. I should've been notified by phone or text that someone would be entering the unit. While on vacation, I do not check my email, nor was I pre-warned someone would enter the unit. I left personal items in the open, and my privacy was violated.

The apartment has exceptional views of the city at night and is a beautiful, clean and comfortable space to stay in. Exactly as you see it in the photos.

Nothing, I was very happy with everything.
