The property was very clean and well kept. Felt modern and was well equipped.

The property was very nicely decorated and was equipped with everything imaginable that you might need

It was hard to find when we arrived. Called management company for help had trouble with the directions he said he meet us the property. He finally came and showed us how to operate washer/Dryer the only thing he kept asking what time we’ll be leaving Your book was very helpful and put together very well, the only other you need to add a section on how to operate the appliances. I know you said have the manuals the only problem is that they were in Portuguese which we couldn’t read. Tried to get Netflix couldn’t get in called the office,man did come over and tried to connect but couldn’t kept saying password no correct said he would contact the owner and get back too us which never happened

El apartamento está totalmente equipado, incluso tiene sombrilla de playa, balón de fútbol y palas de tenis playa. La zona es muy tranquila y muy próxima a la playa.

Algo a mejorar sería la ducha. El agua se sale fácilmente.

-overall we liked it very much, a few suggestions - hand towel & dish towels for kitchen would be nice - dishwasher soap not labeled, white powder in clear plastic bag - several light bulbs needed replacing but there was only 1 spare in the drawer

The apartment is well located with a beautiful view and very comfortable. It is very well equiped and clean.

The sound insulation. You can hear the neighbors even if they talk quietly.

Location is excellent and quiet,lovely to hear the surf from the bedroom.

Mops brooms and buckets left all over the place. Including in the bedroom closet. It was a bit cold and there were no blankets available. The pillows were all overstuffed.
