"Nobody should visit this villa."

Pathetic service, no value for money, picture and actual villa do not match at all....catfishing. Nothing about this villa is humane.

Everything related to this villa is depressing and sad. Caretaker is very very rude. Food is not upto standard. Picture and actual villa do not match at all. You don't get to use pool as you like. Showers in the pool does not work. Full chlorine and you can't vene see bottom of the pool. No electricity for more than 4 hours during the day. No electricity for almost 3 hours during the night. Out of 4 rooms, 3 rooms won't have AC in the night. Caretaker has more facilities than the guest, he will have his electricity full time, and when you confront them, they try to equal the score with you in morning- it's like he is doing us a favor. Caretaker has no manners and is very arrogant.

Nothing. Not a single thing.

The pool is dirty. The pool timings are restricted. The beds and bedsheets are smelly. Washrooms are all dirty. Please don't book this villa.

"Please avoid a horrible experience during your trip."

The villa had no lights outside. Chairs and tables are all broken. The whole place was a mess. They added chlorine to the water right after we checked in. You can barely use the pool for 8hrs after your check in, then they have to start preparing the pool for the next guests, when we were still there. Then you're not even allowed access to the pool in the morning. All the bedsheets were smelling. The rooms were sprayed with pesticides,that caused a lot of issues. The lights are a major issue. We faced power issues for nearly 8hrs during our stay. The AC's barely work. And they completely don't work during night time.

"Pathetic property with full of bed bugs and broken things"

The property is nearby train tracks. The place is always noisy. The property is not cleaned. There are lot of bed bugs in all bedrooms. Toilets not cleaned. Swimming pool is not cleaned. Caretaker visits property multiple times without any reason. AC are not working properly. They are always ready with hidden charges.
