When I got into the room, I discovered that out of the three air-conditioners ,they were all not working. I reported the matter to the lady at reception and she just took it likely, she came to check and confirmed that indeed the air-conditioners were not working and she promised that she would call a technician to come immediately to fix. Unfortunately and sadly no one came ,she never even gave feedback. I had to sleep in the cold room with no heat till morning. My stay was very very very miserable. Even in the morning when I checked out I reported the matter to a different lady at reception and she didn't seem bothered about my issue. Again I'm so so highly disappointed, even the mobile number on booking was not available was I called. I wish if someone cares, I would be refunded since I thought I paid for value yet I paid for mediocrity. Regards

Good location

Unit in need of tlc, smells coming from shower. Main shower does not have any window covering on it. aircons remotes not working. Otherwise very nice Unit
