I liked the location and large double sliding doors. Plenty of space.

The furniture was dirty, the condo desperately needs renovations. Very outdated, I could tell they had a flood at some point because in one of the bathrooms the bottom of a door was swelled. Paint was dispatched and it looked like possible mold on ceilings.

Location, was right on the beach. The condo was spacious for sure.

Well where do I begin? The condo is outdated, when we arrived while looking around the first thing that happened is when I opened the door to the laundry area the door completely fell off. The condo is under construction on the outside and therefore the banister looking out towards the gulf was covered in plastic so you couldn’t see the gulf. The bed was horrible, I still have a neck pain from it. The furniture is really worn, the bathrooms are much to be desired. Once I arrived I had to pay an additional fee just to be able to enter the gate, no one communicated that with me prior to. I hate to be a bad reviewer but the photos however are accurate they don’t tell the full story of this condo. Not to mention the smell once we arrived, it smelled of dampness and mold. We went to purchase damp-rid just to help with the smell, and btw it worked well that along with fabreeze. The value was a good one for sure since my first booking messed up my dates and I had to have something. I will not be using this condo again for future vacation for sure.
