IEI went to get the keys from a lock box but Christian was in the office to meet me which was great
So we had a few issues with the washing machine, AC and we found another guests clothing/garments left behind which showed that a full inspection wasn’t really done but whatever issues we had, Christian was very helpful and rectified it all

Pool was a little bit out of the way and was closed for 3 hours during the day
