Spacious 6-Bed Home in West Midlands-Free Parking

I stayed in this property with my family and friends prior to my graduation at the University of Warwick. The property manager, John, was very responsive and accommodating to all requests I had, and offered to come over after dark to help me figure out the heating. The property was very tidy, neat, spacious, the rooms were great, and the new extra bathroom downstairs was particularly useful as well. The property was also well situated, not too far from the bus stops, close to a big Sainsbury’s, a food court and a gym. I had absolutely no dislikes or issues with the property, and it was beyond my expectations! I would absolutely rebook in the future/ recommend to family/ friends/ anyone looking for a nice, spacious properly to rent in Coventry.

Quiet area and comfortable beds

Bathroom needs a deep clean, sofa not big enough for our group of 4 people

We really liked this place, it was ideally located for us and very close to the big Sainsbury's and a park. It is a quiet, pleasant neighbourhood. I like the garden out back, and there were more than enough facilities in the house to meet our needs. The king size bed in the master bedroom is extremely comfy. There is a second shower and toilet downstairs which is great for a group of people.

No complaints. All good.
