La limpieza, la cantidad de cuartos de baño, el completo equipamiento de la cocina y lo reformado que está todo.

Por decir algo, los numerosos tramos de escaleras, que resultan un problema para personas con dificultades de movilidad. También, la escasa altura de la habitación de la buhardilla.

Very nice location, in a calm street but at the heart of Tabarca. The house was perfect for a family of 8 people. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The host was very generous in letting us do the check-out at a later hour so that we could enjoy the island on the sunday as well! We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back.

Good central location just off the main road, good size for a group of friends, especially considering that each bedroom (on each of the three floors) had its own bathroom. The beds were super-comfortable. There are tables and chairs available in order to sit outside. The hostess was very friendly and reacted quickly; upon finding out that we wanted to turn on the heater, the host arranged to have pellets delivered. Flat-screen tv with Netflix and Amazon Prime. There was water, milk and orange juice for us in the fridge (I wish we'd known that beforehand - we had brought our own!). The kitchen comes with a dishwasher, which was nice.

The house is a typically Spanish build: small rooms, small windows, thin walls, and the living room and kitchen were dark, with barely any natural light. Our stay was at the end of March and it got cold, especially in the evenings. The heater in the living room helped a little bit. Beware of the stairs: they are very slippery. The kitchen is missing a few important items such as a functioning coffee machine and knives that cut. Basics such as salt, pepper and oil would be much appreciated. Also, the water in the shower did not get very hot (but this may be less of a problem if you visit in the summer). All in all, this place is probably great if you choose to spend most of the time on the beach or just generally outdoors, which is not possible out of season.
