"Overall it was a good place to stay very peaceful and safe. Clean"

It is quiet and safe. The staff were very helpful and polite. The location is very convenient near many of the historic buildings and restaurants as well as shopping. The Plaza is one block away very convenient for booking tours or getting tickets to the hop on hop off buses.

The elevator is not operational we were on the 3rd floor and had to climb up. I thought the bed was too hard.
