La posizione molto defilata con vicino la metro, zona tranquilla piena di servizi.

Scarico lavandino non funzionava a dovere.

The location was convenient for travel on the metro. The building construction next door was distracting and loud.

No one to meet us and provide information or collect tourist tax. No accurate information included in their out of date folder in the room. We were unable to enter the premises until a resident let us in as it was raining. When contacting hostwise by phone they told us we could not have the room until we paid the tourist tax. They eventually relented and let us get the key code to the box beside the door. We contacted wisehost about broken A,C, a man FELIPE (a very pleasant and efficient worker)to fix the problem, dirty filter caused the breaker to blow, he also secured the toiler seat which was extremely free. and replaced a pot with a broken handle.Very few towels, 1 per person and 1 hand towel each and a bath mat. When asked about laundering them it would cost 49 euros. There were no serving spoons, ladle or egg slice or wooden spoon. The common area was cleaned once in the time we were there and poorly. Rust appears at the base of the shower after use. No WiFi in our room so we had to go to the lobby to use laptop. Balcony is 6ft x 7ft area with a 9ft concrete wall around it. There is no secondary fire escape for people on the second floor, not sure of the ground floor. I would suggest that a representative of BOOKING.COM actually visit some of the sites you list to get an honest view of what the property is like before associating yourselves with them. Until this experience I regarded Booking. Com most favourably.

pas de wifi fonctionnant dans les chambres. obligation d'aller dans la salle commune pour accès internet. pas de nettoyage des chambres pendant 5 jours pas de changement draps et serviettes de bain durant le séjour. Grues de chantier tournant au dessus de nos têtes dans notre petit balcon. Merci aux ouvriers d'être si respectueux quant aux bruits qui sont normalement si présents sur une construction. très discrets. Merci aux équipes. Pas de possibilités d'accrochage des serviettes dans la sdb. Amenities pas rechargées si séjour long. (plus de 2 jours).
