The flat is clean and nice, location is good, 15min walk to the center, the host was responsive and communication was good.

The sofa bed in the living room is terrible to sleep on and needs to be changed.

"Good when cooking not important but otherwise not value for money"

Neat, entertainment good, washing machine available but didn't use. Sufficient bath and hand towels. Rooms clean. Host responds quickly and is communicative. Easy to reach by public transport. Near by super markets and restaurants. For those whom cooking isn't important, a rating of 8 could be considered.

For us cooking was most important and in this case, this choice was wrong. There is a nice kitchen available but what's the use when you don't have sufficient utensils necessary for cooking. There was just one big bowl and a food strainer. An additional very old pan was provided for the second day. The bathroom is nice but without a closing door or at least a curtain for the shower, lots of water spills out leading to wet bathroom. Not sufficient floor mats in the bathroom.
