High stool was very unsteady. I asked for the brace to be glued but it wasn’t. Someone is going to use that stool and is going to get hurt and the owners/ renters would be liable as they didn’t fix the issue.

"Private beach?!"

Location, reduced number of units (10), unit was clean and appearing renovated.

There's no private beach as advertised. The only access to beach is a public one across the street (Gulf Blvd).
