Location was perfect and was just what we wanted. A nice little bach. Hosts were easy to get in contact with.

Could have had some basic cooking ingredients.

Close to waihi Beach, and shop's good location.

Need to check the BBQ before new arrivals,the BBQ was not cleaned.. Apart from that great place.

Well the pictures make you to book this down to earth location but the reality hits you badly! A run down place ! The beds were clean but cannot say about the rest.

It was in a good location, close to the beach and had everything we needed. Nice and clean house. Really enjoyed the seats out the front of the house for relaxing in the afternoons ☺️

The front deck railing is a bit wobbly, a little bit dangerous with kids.

"Older bach but had everything you need, close to beach & town."

Excellent location, well set up.

The main bed is nearly as big as the room, very hard to get into as no room between the wall and bed. Our suitcase had to stay in the lounge.
