The extractor fan in the bathroom makes a right racket! No proper coffee provided, just instant. Busy street can be noisy.

The room is simple and clean, nice window and comfortable bed. Overall location was handy to get around Roma Norte.

The room faces the main street, so it was very noisy at night. There is no reception for guests—only security staff downstairs, but they are not informed about the accommodation, so they couldn’t assist with any issues. Whenever we needed something, we had to contact the landlord through Booking.com, and communication was not always easy or efficient. We stayed for several nights, and at one point we ran out of toilet paper. The security staff told us they didn’t have any more, so I contacted the management. To my surprise, they said they couldn’t provide additional supplies and that I would need to go to a grocery store to buy my own. This is something I have never experienced before. I wouldnt come back here for another stay in CDMX.

Lovely clean property in great location to access tourist activities and in a stylish neighborhood good for vintage shopping.

The shower only ran warm for 5 minutes each day so it was difficult for my partner and I to both have a hot shower.
