Safety was a concern when we arrived, the open gate at the entrance. The hot tub was very difficult to sort out, about R500 of firewood was used, and then also when you get out of tub you are full of rust! Compare to other hot tubs we used this one was really a disappointment. The front door also gave problems, and we could not lock it.

Location was sensational, very private but felt like we in paradise. We were in the middle of nature, just what we wanted.

There was nothing we did not like, just a suggestion, maybe put a lantern at the braai for when it gets dark, so that we can see the meat once it is cooking on the grill. everything else was awesome.

Stunning and cosy.

There was not much to like, unfortunately. Compared to many other "Eco Pods" that we have stayed in, in both the Overberg and Cederberg areas, this experience fell short in so many ways and was regretful, in many respects.

The unit was extremely uncomfortable. Very hot, small, a cramped environment for 2 average sized adults. If you want to get out of the city, away from traffic noise, and into nature, for a quiet getaway, this is not it the place! This unit is close to noisy "highway" traffic, an extremely busy trucking route and consistent road noise. In addition, very little is done to avoid the extreme heat in the unit, both day and night. As far as facilities are concerned, there is almost nowhere to hang clothing, wet towels etc. Very small shower and bathroom facilities.

Compact, neat, clean and comfortable! We enjoyed it so much that we forgot to take pictures 🤣😂 so the pictures you see is after we locked up to leave...

We could hear the trucks passing by on the main road, but it did not take away from our great experience!
