-As a security control, each adult guest must previously send a photo of a valid official identification (you can cross out sensitive data only so that the photo and name are visible). -People who are not registered in the reservation are not allowed to enter. -This is a place designed for families, so excessive noise and parties are prohibited. After 10:00 p.m. there should be no more noise that affects the rest of other guests. -To use the parking lot, it is mandatory to leave the keys to your vehicle available inside a master lock, so that in case you need to move it, the neighbor can do so, this is because they are shared spaces. -Upon your arrival, we will request a security deposit of $1.000, which will be returned 24 hours after your departure, provided no incidents occur.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
