There were a lot of things wrong. Mainly, the bed in Bedroom 1 only had a bottom sheet and a bed cover. When we asked for a top sheet l was told that all beds at By The Sea only have a fitted sheet and a bed cover- which is false- because we stayed at a different apartment last year and had a top and bottom sheet on both beds. We think that using a bed cover that has all the previous short stay tenants' germs and skin tissue on it is very unhygienic and disgusting. We were told that the lack of top sheet was to reduce costs. If they did not want to wash a top sheet then how often is the bed cover washed? In response to our request for a top sheet we were given 2 fitted sheets which alleviated the problem, to a degree. We were told by other visitors that it is not unusual to only have only a bottom sheet in some Indian home-stays. Other defects included a major leak to the Bed 1 shower hose, the balcony slider doors don't lock, there were no tea-towels to dry dishes and the TV only had access to YouTube. Netflix and other services were unavailable.

We had a fantastic stay at this vacation rental! The kitchen was fully equipped and left nothing to be desired – perfect for self-catering. The rooms were very spacious, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The internet is super fast with over 500mbit!!! The showers are working great, you get clean very easily. Another highlight was the great pool, which was always well-maintained and perfect for relaxing. Particularly noteworthy were the extremely friendly staff, who were always available and made our stay as pleasant as possible. The surroundings were very private and peaceful – ideal for escaping everyday life. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love living here! seaview.The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The management team is very responsive and always willing to help with any concerns. The amenities are top-notch, including a fully-equipped gym, a beautiful pool, and secure parking. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located near speedmart shop .Overall, a fantastic place to call home!
