MNG-APART Studia Mareverde D-15 Costa Adeje

La anfiotriona excelente, muy simpática y atenta. El piso es encantador, con buena ubicación y servicios. Nos sentimos muy cómodas durante nuestra estancia.

De manera objetiva respecto al apartamento nada. Lo único, y esto no tiene que ver con la limpieza del alojamiento, es que en la zona hay muchas cucarachas.

very good location in Costa Adeje, close to the beach, nearby free parking. The appartment was clean, has a vaccum cleaner if someone goes to holiday to clean the room, iron, washing machine, nice terrace, beach towels and umbrella

no cleaning service for the entire stay ( 14 nights). And there were no extra sheets so we can change bed linen ourselves. The appartment has a washing mashine, but we did not have time in the morning tto wash the bed linen, and in the evening we needed them for sleeping. One extra set of linen would have been appreciated. Very hot in the room during the night, even if we used both fans ( appartment is located on second floor, last floor and gets really hot during summer). We slept with balcony door open all nights, and also left appartment door open untile late in night, to get some air. But along with air came also the cockroaches into room. Big nasty ones. No extra toilet paper, garbage bags and no detergent for the washing machine. No showergel, shampoo, the landlady sent us to the supermarket to buy. Not a big problem, but its the first trntal were we need to buy even shower gel ourselves

Property is refurbished and reasonably equipped, it’s located in the city center. Bed was comfortable Pools were nice

There were several cockroaches Toilet/shower window is open to the inner corridor and has no curtain or blind so no privacy No air conditioning, it was stifling hot!! The apartment is part of a complex of houses, and some of the residents are clearly criminals and ex-convicts, we didn’t feel very safe.

We made our own breakfast arrangements. The kitchen was quite well equipped for cooking a light meal.

Everything was to our liking.
