Studio Casita-15 min walk to Downtown Plaza

The place is clean and comfortable. It was very homey and decorated in good taste. Vivian was arriving at the same time we were. Off-street parking is a bonus. The shower is great. The bed is comfortable and there were extra pillows and plenty of towels. If we had stayed longer, we would have used the well-equipped kitchen for sure.

Everything was easy. Clear check-in and out information. Comfy bed. The space is well appointed and they were so kind to leave water and snacks. It’s a nice quiet spot.

It’s a little far to walk to the downtown plaza if I’m going to also spend all day walking. I arrived in an unusual heavy rain and the parking lot was very flooded, my front door had water to the door ledge, and I had to find bricks to put into the giant puddle at the entrance in order to open the door. Next I had to throw my things into the room because it wouldn’t be easy to carry the items, step on the bricks and also get the door open. The owners need to create a better drainage system for when it downpours again. Minor flooding challenge given the desert dryness, but it was absolutely an issue for my visit.

Property feels underwhelming at first glance, but as you make your way through, you start to realize how much it has to offer. Full kitchen with fridge and stove. Keurig machine with k cups and creamer. Bathroom with a sizeable shower. Large closet next to the bed. Window AC and fan. Some reviews mentioned a tight parking situation - we didn't have this experience but it's possible that the property was not at full capacity and thus fewer cars were parked in the lot.

This is a perfect vacation rental. It was spotless, so many nice little touches like snacks and clear directions for check-in and check-out, friendly hosts who were respectful of privacy yet available immediately if needed. Honestly this rental perfectly balanced a nice homey feel that was not sterile or cold with the professionalism, cleanliness, and amenities of a larger corporate operation. I will definitely try to stay here again. Also the location for me was perfect: beautiful residential neighborhood that was walkable to attractions I was interested in like the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum.

Very easy place to stay, close to downtown (10 to 15 minutes walk). The facilities were good, especially given how small the space is, with a sizeable kitchen and proper cooking facilities. The bonus is a lovely (shared) hot tub. The casita has an interesting family history. It is one of several built by the owner's grandfather on the site. There is no garden and the outdoor space is gravelled and utilitarian. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly and provided full instructions and on-hand assistance if needed. This is not a fancy place but it is convenient and comfortable and gives you everything you need for a short stay.

Perfect place to stay in Santa Fe! Private, cozy space, well-equipped with everything you need. Comfortable bed, excellent shower, and located good neighborhood, just a short walk from shops and restaurants! Our host even suppled us with water, snacks and coffee! We liked the Casita much better than a hotel room.

The air-conditioner was noisy. Could use a night light in the bathroom.
