Excelente ubicación, a pocos metros de Palacio Real, Plaza Mayor, Gran Vía , Zona Gastronómica, paseos de La Latina , etc. En el Corazón Histórico de Madrid. Aunque no cuente con lugar para aparcar el coche , ya que es zona peatonal , es de facil acceso con medios de transporte como autobuses o metro.

Pulizia non eccellente e poca manutenzione dell'appartamento. Purtroppo abbiamo anche trovato un piccolo scarafaggio nella zona di soggiorno

The apartment was centrally located. Easy to walk to the major monuments and fantastic restaurants. The beds were very comfortable but could use a few more pillows. The apartment was a good size for 3 adults.

We spent 2 weeks traveling through Europe. This was our most expensive accommodation and by far the most disappointing. Cockroaches: We had read several reviews prior to our stay which noted a problem with cockroaches in the apartment. We contacted the host prior to our arrival to inquire about this issue as we would have looked for a new accommodation if this was still an issue. The host ensured me that this had been resolved and we would not need to be concerned so we continued with our stay. Needless to say, the cockroach problem HAD NOT been resolved. We dealt with cockroaches in the kitchen for our entire stay. In the sink, in the drawer with the utensils, on the counter where we would prepare food. We brought this to the attention of the host, who did not even apologize to us or acknowledge that they had lied to us about the fact that it had been resolved. We also brought this to the attention of Booking.com customer service who could not get ahold of the host to help us. Problem with the shower: Madrid was our first stop in Europe so when we arrived at the apartment we had just spent 9 hours on a plane and wanted to shower. When we attempted to use the shower, the drain was completely clogged and the entire bathroom flooded. This made it almost impossible to take a shower, so we were forced to turn the water on and off while we were showering to avoid flooding. The host sent a technician to look at it, who said that he could not fix the problem and someone else would need to address it. The remainder of our stay went by without the problem being addressed. Air conditioning: We filtered on air conditioning when we were looking for accommodations and this one came up as one of the available options. However, it is important to note that the air conditioning is only available in the living room and is not very strong so does not flow well throughout the apartment, leaving the bedrooms very warm and stuffy.

A localização do apartamento é excelente, numa zona calma e sossegada. Muito central das zonas históricas para visitar. Apartamento com cozinha muito completa e quartos confortáveis. Acesso fácil e com transportes públicos muito perto. Também existe supermercado perto e todo o tipo de comércio.

A casa de banho é boa, mas a disposição do duche não é a melhor. Molha muito a área fora do duche. Existem insetos indesejáveis na cozinha e na casa de banho.
