The location was not too far away from the city centre

The internet did not work,luckily we brought our own,all white goods in the apartment but no facility to hang washing to dry

Die Lage zur Stadt war gut, der Parkplatz sehr praktisch.

Außer der Dusche gab es nur ein kleines Handwaschbecken in der Toilette. Am Bett gab es keine Beleuchtung. Insgesamt machte das Appartement einen etwas vernachlässigten und lieblosen Eindruck. Die Internetverbindung war sehr schwankend. Das Aussengelände war nicht sehr ansprechend.

Nothing to dislike

Die Lage der Unterkunft war gut, ins Zentrum (Exeter Cathedrale) waren es nur 20min Fußmarsch und auch der Bahnhof St.Davids war direkt mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Das Apartement war modern eingerichtet.

Die Unterkunft war schmuddelig: es lagen Krümel auf dem Boden, in den Ecken und auf den Möbeln war Staub, die Bettwäsche war knitterig,… Hinzu kam, dass im WC Hunderte von Ameisen waren. Als wir dies der Vermieterin mitteilten, bekamen wir keine Antwort, außer, dass diese zuvor noch nicht da gewesen seien.

Breakfast N/A, location fine, plenty of busses but different companies use different stops, Stage coach were best for us to get to city centre & stop about 250M from the traffic lights .

Tricky to find, we approached via Barrack road, no right turn at the lights, but we took a 15° right turn & up the entrance that shows an exit arrow, so you feel like you are headed up a one way street!

Just a nice property.

The toilet area was too small.

Self contained unit with all the facilities that we needed for a short stay. Close to bus stops for city centre. Real ale pub just down the road.

Bed was too high. Even with steps my wife struggled. Couldn't work out how to adjust heating controls. TV operation wasn't obvious, but we coped.
