My grandchildren really enjoyed the trampoline. They had so much fun 😁

The road getting to the site is terrible. There are big potholes, and you need to drive carefully so you don't burst a tyre.

Cosy caravan, lovely touch tea coffee facilities. DVD player with a great selection of DVDS in the caravan. Beautiful scenery, Nice walk to leysdown. Overall good value and location.

Tap can be hard to turn off/on. Little dated

"Peaceful"

Loved how well stocked the caravan is and the home from home feeling

The loose door knobs and the tap needs seeing too. One of the windows and doors need sorting too other than that was a really nice experience very peaceful indeed. Club house was a little rowdy with certain type of people that was there so didn’t bother as was made to feel very uncomfortable the first time we went down there. Staying at the caravan was much more comfortable for sure.

"Spider infested dump. Avoid."

Filthy does not even begin to described my experience. On day two I abandoned the whole thing. It was the most disgusting, dirty, red 🕷 infested dump. The staff were fine, not their fault. I have seen cleaner places at the dump. It was like a squat.

Everything stunk, it was disgusting, I could just smell gas. Every surface was sticky with filth. Health and safety need to shut this dump down.

The bed was comfy the shower was good and cooker worked well

The steps on the outside of caravan was rotten everytime i stepped on them i nearly fell, the tap in the kitchen sink wouldnt turn off so had to contact the people the location was OK but i had to walk to the main road for my daughter to collect me as the road to the caravan site had huge pot holes in it.

Caravan had holes in floor in bathroom and kitchen hair in bed no beach it's shut because of landslide not good at all

Quiet location, well equipped, older caravan

The access road is diabolical, deep potholes, ruts and a stream seems to use the road as its course. The bar area was serving beer that was on the turn.
