Whole family back from Penang, sick until now, 19 May 2024, more than 1 month since Hari Raya. After 1 round my whole family sick, sick second round with the same turn. We lived on the top floor but whole floor we didn't see anyone.

1.Ventilation toilet not function,make unpleasant smell come out 2.parking lot nearby leakage piping,,smell water 3.need to give direct instructions to customer that parking level no lift to homestay need to drop at lobby with many luggage bag to hold

Location very near to Gurney Walk view very nice. House clean and tidy.

Facilities not maintain as well. Equipments need more attention for maintenance. Parking at basement light not enough brightness. The enter from basement to Level G need walk use car link with caring heavy luggage without life can access from basement to Level G. The blanket got mite get itchy and rash.

Clean and comfy. Lots of soft toys and extra pillows.

The payment was very confusing. Usually the home stay or hotel will charge thru credit card but this home stay have to pay deposit then pay the balance by cash or transfer. Honestly it's a bit inconvenient as we were whole day outside. Secondly, we booked 5 adults, we only got 4 towels and miscom during getting the additional towel, I have to go up and down to get it. Lastly, the shampoo was empty and thankfully the owner bought us the shampoo and passed to us at round 1030pm. Overall, it's worth to stay but suggest the owner to monitor the cleaner closely.
