Great location lovely property nice and clean

As it was a family gathering all my siblings had a meet place before having to send my cousin off

There was nothing to Diss like when returning at night it was warm and snugdid not

The flat was at least warm, the internet was good and the linens were clean - everything the cleaners had control of was fine. The shower was powerful.

Everything else. The property should NOT be taking bookings in its current state and needs serious attention. There was black mould all over the bathroom and into the kitchen, the floors were damaged, there were slugs in the kitchen, a damp smell in the cupboards, cracks in the walls and doors. The flat was very, very basic - no cleaning supplies at all, no coat hooks, we had to request a dustpan and some more cutlery (which were brought round), the furniture was minimal and there were no surfaces to put things down in the bedrooms. The mattresses were not very comfortable, and while it says it sleeps 5 there is no room for 5 people to live here for any length of time. We did ask the agent to come and see the problem areas, and said when we’d be around to show these, but they arrived at 7pm at night when we were trying to get our kids ready for bed. Following our stay the agent said they could have moved us, but this is not adequate when we chose this place based on our needs and the location. These issues have been mentioned in several reviews and clearly nothing has been done to sort them. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Deposit nonsense was a nuisance. Signs say take your shoes off; so your feet will stick to the dirty kitchen floor. Mouldy ground floor flat.

Pillows very soft. Heating initially took a couple of days to start coming on, but good when it come on.

Location was reasonable

Kitchen and bathroom poorly appointed and dirty. The shower attachment was filthy. Bed linen in front double bed was stained. Stale smell throughout house. We checked out a day early.

Breakfast not applicable.

The entrance path had weeds and litter, some of the internal doors were cracked and poorly fitted, the cooker splash back and toaster were dirty. A shower control was broken (but the showered did work and was powerful).
