From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a comfortable and relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing. I booked a hotel through Booking for a day. We arrived and paid in cash on the spot and checked in. In the morning we had breakfast, breakfast was included in the price. In the morning at 9:15, March 12, we left the hotel. A few hours later the hotel canceled the reservation, citing the fact that I did not stay with them. I wrote to the hotel, they say that we canceled the reservation because you did not pay 200 rupees. This is a lie! I paid more than what was indicated on the booking. I do not recommend this hotel for staying! The toilet did not flush, I had to empty the water from a bucket to flush it. There are mosquitoes in the room, and this is a risk of contracting dengue fever. Breakfast includes 1 boiled egg and two toasts .They could at least offer tea or coffee. Terrible sound insulation. You can hear absolutely everything that happens on the street. The staff does not know English at all.
