Villa Gaia - Sunset Views, Indoor Heated Pool, Sauna and Games Room

Das Haus bietet viel Platz für eine große Familie. Der Außenbereich mit Pool ist sehr schön.

Die Sauna funktionierte fast eine Woche nicht. Es hat während unseres Aufenthaltes geregnet. Dadurch kam es an mehreren Stellen im Haus zu Wassereintritt. Es waren zwei Schlafzimmer betroffen und im Saunabereich tropfte es an verschiedenen Stellen von der Decke. Den Wirlpool haben wir nicht benutzt. Er schien uns nicht sauber. Nachdem wir zuhause waren haben wir an den Vermieter geschrieben und ihm die Mängel nochmals mitgeteilt. Wir haben keine Entschuldigung erhalten. Nur Booking.com hat sich als Vermittler bei uns entschuldigt. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht angemessen.

Amazing Villa, Very clean and stylish interiors

Great location, the apartment was fantastic, Victoria the host was so helpful.

All our expectations were exceeded.

Lovely quiet area. Great large property so really good for a group. Very clean. Lots of towels. Staff were nice and kept us informed about things. Pool was well maintained. Good air con. Off street parking. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Needed more cooking facilities - colander, more cooking bowls, oven trays, tuppawear, more pans, just generally more cooking equipment. A few things needed repair - pool waterfall and one of bathroom doors was broken. Lots of marble stairs so not suitable with someone with mobility issues or young children.

really poorly maintained doors that do not close, one of us got locked in bathroom by loose handle, dishwasher door fell off held on by 1 screw, plinth around sink kept falling off whenever dishwasher was opened, tap spout in kitchen came completely out, games room pool table so out of level balls run to one side, lots of gaps opened up on lounge/kitchen laminate flooring, decking around pool coming apart and lifting dangerous trip hazard, some of the pans in kitchen need throwing away and the cutting knives wouldn't cut snow! in my opinion really poorly managed with no regular inspections. we asked if baby gate was available for main stairs and never heard any more yet there is a high chair and cot available def not family suited if you have young children we had to improvise with a clothes dryer wedged in door! This property is being marketed as a 5 star villa when in reality its 3 star! I am not being vindictive with my review I run a building and maintenance company in London so I am familiar with all repairs and all types of maintenance and deal with management companies on a daily basis.

Great Villa for a family holiday with pre-teens/teenagers . We found the Villa to be very comfortable with fantastic views . The indoor wellness area was the selling point for us for this particular holiday .The kitchen was well equipped cutlery,crockery and glasses plentiful. The air conditioning worked in every room . The bathrooms were clean and functional.But, above all else the best thing about this property are the hosts : Victoria and Pierre . The care , attention and courtesy given by Victoria was simply outstanding.

- Victoria (the property host) was very helpful on welcoming us to the villa, and on hand anytime we had any questions. - The views from the decking/outdoor area are as good, if not better than they look in the photos! - Peaceful location but within walking distance of amenities. - On the whole, a perfect villa and location for a family group or group of friends.

The areas to improve are very minor factors, which in comparison to the scale of the countless positives, are not even worth mentioning in detail (e.g. slight washing machine mishap, not a fully functioning toaster).
