MYBryson, the property manager, gave me a 5-Star advisory service. Parking is covered, directly facing the main door & Starbucks. Just outside the parking lot is a stretch of public parking bays, good if you have visitors. The apartment at 3pth floor has a direct view to Gurney Drive reclaimed land d the open ocean. It's breathtaking.
Sometimes large crowds gather around the lift lobby. If you do check out, come out earlier so you don't face many lift stops.
