Good location for Aintree, spacious, additional bathroom and free parking

Although clean there was a strong smell of cooking in the property. The fan in the bathroom was very noisy when light is switched on which was disruptive during the night. Difficult to heat up as a large property. Very uncomfortable sofa.

Size of the property

The curtains weren't big enough for the windows and let light through them The carbon monoxide machine kept bleeping so had to take batteries out Beds were uncomfortable especially the one with the onsuite in The walls need painting as has had work done to them The front door was a nightmare to lock

Very Large 4 bedroom house. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Large lounge and spacious kitchen diner. Plenty of street parking. Located in a quiet area. Very nice property with a few minor issues, that need resolving.

No hot water or heating, as boiler not on. We did not want lengthy instructions on how to turn on, just water and heating. Toilet in en-suite room, pedestal needs refixing to the floor as it is loose. Main bathroom toilet lid on the floor needs refixing.

Clean bright and lots on incidentals eg tea bag and toothpaste. Most thoughtful
