"Unfit for letting"

Filth on floors, litter including empty pizza boxes in garden. Rotting smell in kitchen. Skylights filthy, garden totally unloved. Bare wires poking out of skirting hidden behind a bin, found by our toddler. Back door locks didn't work, door couldn't be secured. Rusty boiler leaked, no hot water and didn't send plumber for 24 hours so we couldn't use an entire floor. 10 hours after plumber visited Boiler failed again. No hot water for 2 mornings, forced to take cold showers. There's probably more yet this property is not fit to let. No plugs in any sinks. Toilet flush mechanisms broken. Mould or rust around bath.
