Pristine property on pristine location. Exceptional layout and quality furnishings.

Clean, nicely furnished, well stocked kitchen, right on the bay with easy walk to ocean. Beach chairs, boogy boards and sand toys available. Keurig coffee maker that does drip as well as coffee pods available; coffee beans and coffee grinder provided. Stackable washer and dryer available. Loved rooftop with grill and fire pit.

Arrived after dark and it was a little difficult to determine the correct unit because some of the numbers were missing on the exterior wall. Entrance is on ally side and at night it was unattractive. Our suburban did not fit in the garage so we parked a block away in a publicly lot. Max height is 5’11”. Bunk bedroom did not have HVAC vent but window cooling was fine.

Loved the location right on Mission Bay and a short walk to the ocean. The condo has plenty of room for our family to gather. I especially enjoyed the rooftop deck. The walking / jogging path right outside is nice. Two parking spaces in the middle of a busy beach town was a nice bonus. Although be aware that the clearance is only 5’11”. Easy access to both I-8 and I-5.

First of all from the outside-I was with my family including 4 grandchildren. Having the bay on 1 side and the ocean on the other was a BIG deal for them!! Also, having coffee shops, bakeries & a variety of restaurants, all within walking distance was a BIG deal for my son & daughter-in-law. Even my 17 year old grandson got up early every morning to get his coffee & breakfast!!! All of the places we ate were over the top delicious. The door code was easy for us to use--no keys!! If we had any questions, we texted our host who answered them immediately. We rented boogie boards for the grandkids & they used them all day! We enjoyed the rooftop patio & the balcony to relax & enjoy the scenery. Also, being close to Sea World, San Diego Zoo & Legoland was a plus. As for the inside, the accommodations were great with the bunkbed & roll out bed in 1 bedroom & queen-size beds in the 2 other bedrooms for the adults. One grandson slept comfortably on the couch. Having a washer & dryer was very convenient & there were plenty of beach towels.

I really can't think of anything I did not like. We felt safe & secure in that area.
