Lovely caravan very clean had everything you need my grandchildren and dogs had great time . Nice an quiet on a night . A great location had loads to do beach 5 minutes away .

We found the staff at the reception very miserable didn't have time for you . Cafe on site never opened and the fish shop never opened to which was a shame . We think the site really needs a shop .

Great location. Quiet private garden. Handy French door to veranda. Really comfy beds. Very clean.

Everything you need for a nice home from home break. Lovely position,close to entrance, and nice and quiet. Literally just take food and personal stuff. WiFi was definitely a bonus. Beds comfortable and cosy. Puzzles and games were available for my 6-year-old granddaughter to use, which was nice. Host's paul and Gem were so approachable and very helpful. Would definitely recommend and would like to visit again in the future.

What an amazing property, the location was brilliant only a 10 min walk from train station. We was very close to the reception as well. Had a fish and chip shop and pub within a 2 min walk from the caravan. It is ideal for dog owners the beach was a 5 minutes stroll where they do drinks and food. The town centre was a 10 min walk with plenty of shops, cinema, cafes and a retail park. Will be re booking next year for a week this time. Don’t miss out on this little beauty!

Amazing location- 5 minute walk from the beach, playground and cafes. Close to reception and the site entrance meaning it was easy to get out and explore. Lovely decking and furniture to enjoy the morning sunshine. Modern interior with fantastic kitchen facilities. We will most definitely be back

Shower brilliant. Property warmed up quickly when needed. Cosy quiet lovely place. Parking good. Good WiFi. Clean van, Bedrooms and bedding spotless. Living area good size. Although I didn't have a dog I am a doggy lover and expected some doggy hairs and doggy kisses on windows so not a problem. I couldn't find the hoover though.
