Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen im Vergleich zu anderen Hotel, die wir besucht haben, übertroffen. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist wunderbar, das All-Inclusive Angebot auch hochwertig und auch das Abendprogramm war toll. Die Zimmer waren super schön und sehr sauber. Das Personal äußerst nett und aufmerksam. Man merkt sehr, dass hier ein tolles Management leidenschaftlich hinter steht :) Wir kommen gerne wieder!

viele Liegen am Strand waren bereits so durchgelegen/kaputt, dass man mit dem Po auf der darunterliegenden Stange saß. Mindestens 30% aller Liegen müssen ganz dringend ausgetauscht werden.

Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant et chaleureux, les activités proposées, très divertissantes, et le buffet garni.

Peut-être un Peu excentré par rapport aux villages.

L'accueil, le personnel très à l'écoute. Chambre propre. Le restaurant l'horizon sur la plage excellent.

Le buffet toujours a peu près les mêmes choses C'est dommage.

Sami was a star, he went above and beyond for us. If it wasn't for his service we would have left the hotel on the second day. The location is beautiful and the spa was excellent. The check-in team was efficient and very friendly. Rooms were clean.

The beach chairs are in very poor condition ( some broken/ torn ) and hurts your back making relaxing on the beach imposable, the beds in the rooms are terrible and you end up sleeping on the base planks. They need to be replaced. The breakfast dishes ( very limited selection ) doesn't get re-filled so first come, first serve if you want bacon. They only re-fill the dishes when the management staff eats at the buffet. Stray dogs are a big problem especially when they sleep on the chairs leaving hair on them and the poop on the grass is a problem. Also if you have a beachfront room don't leave the door open as the animals will go inside. Some staff especially at the restaurant and at the bar act like you are an inconvenience not a guest. Luckily not all act with such rude attitudes. The management just makes excuses. When it rains the staff doesn't remove the pillows on the seats which ends up wet for days making them unusable. The boats crosses onto the swimming area and it could cause serious injuries! It is not the Veranda we knew.
