It's a Corner unit with cool City Skyline views!

Not a thing. Building looked fine but area it’s located in is definately the hood

Don’t book here. Area is not safe. Building has a lock box and supposedly a key pad. Never did find key pad. Wasn’t able to enter building. Imagine if that happened late at night with the people out there hanging on the corners. Lots of unstable people walking around just shouting. Rats (dead) on sidewalks.

i didnt like anything. nothing about the reservation i booked it arriving the same day it was non refundable due to being same day. when I booked it I selected this property for the sole reason it had on site parking. when I arrived at my reservation after driving 8 hours i pulled into the alley way to park and the unit is in a 4 storie building and only had 2 parking spots for the whole property. I called the rental company that used booking to rent the unit I spoke with nick he said there is street parking so I drove around upto 4 blocks away from the property and no parking. when I called back I was told to park in front of the building where you had to move your car from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm in the afternoon. he said by then hopefully one of the 2 spots would open up and if not i was out of luck. I drove arpund again looking for a spot he told me to call booking.com directly to help with this matter so I did while driving booking called the property and they said they needed 21 hours to try to fix the issues that I was having and that nick would call me so I hung up with booking and waited for nick to call me I had to call him 20 mins later to get the answer he said the same thing as before. So I had to call booking again because that's not reasonable since I booked a property with on-site parking. after I got ahold of someone from booking they said they would work on it I was parked out front of the building and the police started to tow the cars in front of the building a officer asked me to move my vehicle or it would be towed as well.

The accommodation was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We had all the things we needed, and the Washington mall was a short bus ride away.

The neighborhood is a bit questionable, and there were a couple of physical altercations right outside our apartment. We didn't feel unsafe at any point, but something to be aware of.

The property was very clean, super comfortable and provides good facilities.

The location was very dodgy, was a crime scene down the street during our stay (full body bag etc). Parking is not guaranteed, you get parking out the front but can’t be there between 7-9.30am. Parking out the back will only fit a smaller car as it’s tight.

Very fast and customer friendly response. Clean and nice place. Very close to the center and you can use the free DC streetcar to get there in about 15min.

Area doesn’t feel too safe at night, but the streetcar station is 50m next to the property, so not far to walk, and we haven’t experienced anything concerning.
