Lovely apartment and perfect location. Nearness to Atocha train station, Dia supermarket, and playing ground for kids. We had a wonderful stay, and our kids were fascinated by the numerous close by playing grounds. When next we visit Madrid, we will definitely book the apartment again.

You could see that the apartment was old, but the internal decor was top notch.

"Very decent stay"

CS of MintyTeam contacted us several days before our arrival to Madrid for estimation of our arrival time and pre-check in arrangement. A representative greeted us at the apartment upon arrival, passed us the keys and briefed us about the apartment. The check-in procedure was super smooth. The apartment was clean and decent, and it was just like what as shown on the photos! The CS team was also standby via WhatsApp that we could ask anything if we need help.

The apartment is located on 1/F. You may hear some noise from the adjoining road / music from the bar downstairs at night.
