"Get complete rest"

It wasn't a city I intended to stay in, just a stopover, but it was a pleasant surprise. It was clean, beautifully designed, modern, and the rooms were very warm and quiet. I slept incredibly well.The breakfast was delicious.

蓼科湖畔の場所という立地が1番良かった。

チェックイン時のスタッフの対応が非常に事務的と言うか『おもてなし』という案内ではなかった最高

清潔感があって過ごしやすかったです。 事前にメールを頂いて駐車場の場所なのど分かりやすくて良かったです。

駐車場にカラーコーンが置いてありましたが沢山ありバラバラで停めづらかったので自分で退かして停めた所。

"とても癒された旅だった"

宿がとても綺麗でとても過ごしやすかった。大きなテレビにYouTubeをつないで癒しの音楽や動画を見ることができて本当に癒された。お風呂が気持ちよかった。蓼科湖が目の前にあり、立地が最高。

La posizione al lago è molto bello. Gli onsen sono fantastici. Ci è piaciuto che.si potevano usare entrambi le onsen perché a una certa ora si cambiano tra maschi e femmine. Anche la camera era molto bella.

La colazione potrebbe essere meglio.

"蓼科湖の紅葉が鮮やかで満喫しました"

家族２名で１泊のみの滞在でしたが、ホテルの施設やお部屋は綺麗で畳の香りがして良かったです。 お風呂も綺麗で湯加減も良く何度も入ってしまいました。 食事は朝食のパンが美味しく量もちょうど良かったです。
