The breakfast was AMAZING. Staff were so polite and direct access to the biking trail from our breakfast area was a great perk. The staff will also help you rent a bike with a discount. Everything was clean, hot water & good pressure shower. We appreciated the water dispenser with hot/cold/ambient temps. Thank you!

Lovely hotel in Sun Moon Lake with parking and direct access to the promenade. The staff are friendly and kind. The rooms are clean, and the bed is very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

The only issue was that in one of our rooms, the shower was open with no curtain or glass door, so water spilled everywhere and left the entire bathroom wet. This was a bit uncomfortable.

The owner was able to accommodate our schedule by serving breakfast earlier than they planned, so we could head out for the SUP activity.

Bit pricy for weekend rate, but it's kind of norm for hot touristic spot. Sun Moon Lake is highly recommended.
