Glamorous Getaway - Heart of the Viaduct 'Quays'

Great location excellent communication comfy beds very clean

Not a negative just a suggestion - it would have been helpful to have some dish liquid detergent and possibly spray n wipe to wipe down any areas used in kitchen and dining and hand wash couple glasses or cup although we did use the dishwasher for this. Perhaps two hand soaps in en-suite as has double vanity and maybe 2 bath towels per person staying (only 1 each for a 2 night stay) - we did use washing machine and dryer to have fresh towels for next day (that was helpful)

Very nice facility and location.

It was very loud at night on the weekend. I missed an email communication while traveling and it took some time to get the information about how to access the keys for the room. But the people were helpful and eventually figured it out.

Loved the location, views, amount of space

Kitchen didn’t have basics like paper towel or napkins

The view. Comfortable, Clean, spacious. Location was amazing. Close to fantastic restaurants, the maritime museum. Close to buses and train station.

Set up meet and greet then told won’t happen. Key tag didn’t work for car park .

Location was great.

Apartment' was a bit sparsely furnished and lacked some basics like any means to make coffee except instant. Washing machine was full of wet sheets and clothes and didn't work so we couldn't even drain it to use. Also pretty dusty and looked like it could do with a good clean and dust. Lastly it was very noisy with music and revelers until at least 3.00am each night.

Great location. Good views.

Interior looking and feeling worn. Could do with some love.
