"Inconvenient stay where you rely on others to let you in every situation such single time"

Location, close to aeon mall. Big spacious apartment.

Access to the lift area, we have to rely on others (strangers who lives in the complex) to let us into the lift area. There’s a face id check on the glass door and not even front lobby person have access. Only people who have registered their face (permanent tenants). So it is very annoying when you come home at night or when you want to go back to the unit from swimming in your wet swimsuit, because it takes a while (almost 30 mins when we got back around 11:30 pm). Very very inconvenient and we would not stay here if we’d know about this important info.
