I liked nothing about the property.

Everthing Female receptionist, no English and always on her mobile famous word "maafi". I stayed for 15 nights and my room was only cleaned once, sheets changed once, bathroom cleaned once. No hot water pressure so could only use cold water shower, complained and was told to learn how to live and that this was not my home. Bathroom door was sticking everytime reported this nothing happene. One day was locked inside the bathroom for nearly 2 hours door could not open partner went to the reception and was told to wait in the room, due to my anxiety I started panicking and scratching my body and started to bleed no apology from the staff or the hotel. This matter was reported to the manager, he did not speak English so sign language was used and nothing happened no apology again. Shuttle service useless no timing and packed like sardines on top of one another. All staff busy playing games on their mobile phones and laughing

في الصور موجود مسبح الا انه مغلق ومنطقة العاب الاطفال مغلقة لا ادري اذا هناك وقت محدد
