La ubicación es excelente. Limpio y agradable. Con todo lo necesario para estar a gusto, incluido café. Todo un detalle. El garaje también viene muy bien. Excelentes y atentos anfitriones.

Nos tocó ola de calor y aunque tiene ventiladores de techo que nos vinieron muy bien, echamos de menos aire acondicionado algunos ratos del día. No está en las condiciones del alojamiento por lo que no tenemos queja, pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta para esta época del año.

Los anfitriones son cercanos, atentos, predispuestos y muy agradables. Tanto la ubicación como el estado del apartamento son inmejorables, además que disponga de garaje con acceso directo por ascensor es un plus realmente excepcional. Ya estamos planeando una nueva escapada a Ávila, pero solo iremos si podemos volver a este mismo sitio.

Javier y Belén, muy amables. Nos esperaron en la puerta para indicarnos la plaza de garaje (muy amplia). Muy céntrico, y al mismo tiempo en una zona tranquila, sin ruidos. El apartamento cuenta con todos los servicios que puedes necesitar. La cama y el sofá cama son cómodos. Limpieza de 10.

Great apartment next to the old town, warmly recommend if you are looking for good value

Loved the location. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Very modern and beautifully decorated. Belen met us there (after we got completely lost due to the roadworks in Avila!) She was very friendly and showed us round the apartment. Supplied us with lots of tips for places to visit and eat. Would highly recommend.

The location was amazing. Close enough to walk pretty much everywhere, yet out of the way to offer quiet time to finish the day. There’s a parking garage and overall security was excellent. Belen and Javier are outstanding hosts. Communication was great, they were there to receive us when we arrived, gave us a thorough overview of the property and offered tips of where to go for tapas and dinner. I definitely recommend this place and would stay there again on our next visit to Avila.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

The location is less than 5 minutes walk to the wall of Avila. The car park is a massive plus. The apartment is light snd airy. Belen met us at the apartment and went through everything and emailed across the restaurants in the area and the tourist attractions to see. The apartment is big enough for a couple and had everything you’d need for a short city break.

Nothing. It was perfect.

Absolutely everything was excellent in this beautifully appointed apartment. Having a parking place in the garage, with elevator access to the accommodation was just fantastic.

The whole experience was wonderful. As near to perfect as possible.
