Couldn’t get access because the owner said that booking.com should have advised that this property is no longer available to book. The owner says booking.com have the money and I should contact them for a refund. I have now contacted booking.com three times. First response was acknowledgment and promise to investigate. Second response was nonsense. Third response another acknowledgment and to wait a further five days for a response. NOT GOOD ENOUGH! WHERE IS MY REFUND???

Very comfortable - home from home with all the facilities. Very near to where we were visiting- the hydro Ovo for a concert.
