It was an absolutely worse experience with the hotel staff They booked another one

The only thing I liked was their food and the view from the window.

They don't give you the same room which is in pictures because the pictures were clicked when it might have been newly opened but now the rooms are pathetic. Seman sign , cockroaches, flies , mosquitos and day 1 they moved us to the lower ground which had a common verandah .you can't sit outside to enjoy it because 2 other people were drinking and were smoking. I don't know why they called it a non-smoking room. The bedsheet, and comforter smelled like garbage. Cigarette butts were in the room and the washroom. The mini fridge i opened and boom it smelled like Delhi's garbage mountain. The next day we moved to the 1st floor and the room had seman stains on walls and again cigarette butts in the balcony and it was again the smell of cigarettes in the room. in the morning we asked for food which was included in stay and they said they don't provide breakfast and its not included but later I give them email and it was mentioned their then they agreed to give us breakfast. Overall pathetic experience.In the tray they served breakfast it had used coffee sachet (pic attached) . At the entry of the room a big spider did welcome us.DO NOT GO THEIR EVER.

Break fast poor bcz we ordered aalu prantha but they serve only prantha without any chatni / achar/ butter/ curd etc
