Since we are just 4pax during our stay, it is convenient for an overnight stay. It is accessible to malls. If you do not have your own vehicle, taking a cab is safer, since the property is a bit far from the main guardhouse.

Since the location is inside a subdivision, I suggest that the Blk and Lot number be disclosed to the guest as well. First thing that the guard asked (which I think is normal) when we went to the location is the Blk and Lot number and not the description of the house. It would have been more helpful to have that info disclosed beforehand.
