No insulation in building….people noise all night long.

Good location, cleaners and customer service were responsive and apologetic but couldn’t do much.

Master bed springs were broken and had a big dip in it, pull out couch very uncomfortable. Sofa couch very dirty when opened up. Food crumbs, pee stain on mattress. I had to ask for bedding for the pull out, the blanket they brought was clean but had a pee stain on it. Garbage disposal was unusable and all food debris had to be cleared into trash. No dedicated parking and had to park on street when neighboring restaurant was open on weekends.

Door code was easy, location was good. Glad it had a full fridge.

The space was in need of a renovation and was quite worn. Especially the couches. The foldout bed was very uncomfortable. A paved parking lot would have been appreciated. Was annoyed at the magnet on the fridge that explained that we should lower our expectations when it came to providing a review.

Great location, less than 5 min walk to the lake. The place was better than expected for the most part. Parking was on site, near our room. The shower had an amazing water pressure. Each room had its own thermostat. And the staff was great, very accommodating.

Since the building is old, the walls are very thin. First night, we could hear people above, every step, and every time they turned on water. And 2nd night, it was people next door, again, the same thing could hear them until they finally went to bed. I am a very light sleeper, got maybe 2-3 hours of sleep each night.

So clean, unbelievable location, and amazing service. Couldn’t recommend this place more!
