Period apartment, great views, in heart of town.

The location is in many ways excellent, in the centre of Bradford-on-Avon and close to the railway station - that's how we arrived. (Good choice: no parking.) However, you come out of the front door on to a narrow pavement by an extremely busy roundabout, with no pedestrian crossing this side of the busy town bridge. The traffic is definitely not the fault of the proprietor (!), but it is a feature that detracts from what would otherwise be a fantastic location.

The apartment is very well situated right in the town centre. It's clean, modern and very well equipped wirh all you would need for a comfortable stay. There is a dishwasher, iron/ironing board and a hairdryer should you need to use them and the host also provides bed linen and towels.

There is no parking at the apartment as it is situated on a small roundabout in the town centre however there is parking at the station which is only a 5 minute walk away. There is a long stay option at the car park which is very reasonably priced.

Layout and well equipped.

On a main road with constant traffic. Very thin pavement so vehicles pass very close to building.

Convenient for public transport and shops. Clean and fairly well appointed.

Very noisy and access to property awkward due to its proximity to a very busy mini-roundabout. Bradford on Avon has a serious traffic problem and as a pedestrian you take your life in your hands when crossing the road. The mattress was a bit hard for us but that's a matter of preference.

Comfy beds, very nice kitchen, great views, beautiful bathroom, very secure.

Very good location for accessing all of Bradford on Avon and its many charms. The apartment is lovely - beautifully decorated and styled (although rather small for our group of 3 adults with suitcases) suits a couple and small children better. The beds are comfortable. It's a delight to behold.

The kitchen/living area is unbearably hot when the sun shines due to its window's angles to the sun (this was early June). Naturally, you would think this a good thing. We were fortunate to have great weather when we were there, but the heat created in the living area is quite extreme and with no air-conditioning and inadequate curtains - it cannot be escaped. Forced us to hide in our bedrooms when inside during the daytime - and we are Australian's used to the heat. Suggestion - swap the decorative sheers (or add) for some curtains or blinds that can be closed at such times.

we loved the interior decoration, it was so beautiful inside the property, a lot of time, effort and love has been spent on the apartment.
