Falta del sistema de ventilación en el baño, para evitar q se acumulen olores, ventilar después de una ducha,…

Malos olores en el portal del edificio. Se escuchaba la televisión del vecino de arriba desde las 6 de la mañana.

Podrían haber encendido la calefacción cuando avisamos q nos quedaba media hora, el piso estaba helado. La campana extractora estaba grasienta
