Largest Villa in Kuta Royal C1 - Turquoise Villa

The pool was a hit with the kids. The layout of the furnitures provided a lot of space. The host were amazing, they were professional and valued the customer experience, from the owner who confirmed all of my questions to the floor manager who was always available to help (Ketut was on holidays and he still helped us with laundry).

The Bathroom was abit outdated. There were moulds in some corners of the ceilings. There were various wooden frames that were decaying and wooden cupboards were old.

Lack of water pressure in showers. Driver charges a lot for transport.

Great location, mostly quiet although can hear the planes! The rooms are great, spacious with lots of storage, and the villa itself was so beautiful. Ketut was so helpful and friendly, we had such a lovely stay here! The cleaning guy was also great :)

The sheets in one room were a bit dirty but were changed immediately when we informed Ketut. Also the showers run cold and take a while (10+ mins) to warm up but that’s okay when it’s 30 degrees outside!

It's an old villa in need of upgrading

It was a quiet location, rooms were large and air conditioned, it had everything you need for a holiday including bottled hot and cold filtered water.

Ants and cockroaches were a little much. I got eaten alive by the ants while sleeping. The manager wasn’t the best. Would say one thing and do another.
