Penthouse -Centre of Sliema - Best View in Malta

The apartment is in a great location and provides spacious accommodation. There is now a coffee machine. The street music bars below are lively but the bedrooms located to the rear.

The kitchen facilities. The microwave door was broken on our arrival and thus didn’t work. The host acknowledged he knew it was broken and it remained so through our stay. On first use day one the oven immediately tripped the electric circuits and the door seals were hanging loose. The electric fault was fixed day 4 but the seals were not; hence the oven takes a long time to heat up and maintain temperature. Only the hob was operational for our entire 10 day stay. We were offered, but were not interested in, a paid breakfast for the inconvenience. Aside from that we found and reported beetles on the floor and in the kitchen units. The cutlery and food prep crockery requires replenishing. Construction work. There is work underway Monday-Saturday on the adjacent plot, they’re in the early stages of constructing the concrete frame for a multi storey building and so this will be ongoing for some months. One of the cranes oversails the penthouse and building materials are transported within feet of the balcony balustrade. Aside from this being disturbing, the work inevitably produces construction dust which settles on the balcony.

We loved the view. It was amazing, you could see Valletta and the port of Sliema. The apartament was very spacious and clean.

Iocation is nice

Air condition noising, lift were out of order while staying on 9th floor. Bath room very bad in point of view of cleaning looks like public toilet. No proper shower, no cleaning arrangement by property, no hygiene protocols followed, quilt were without quilt cover which is dirty, contact with land lord he had excuse for everything. Very bad experience

no words, just perfect

For our first visit to Malta we had a wonderful stay in the apartment of Neil. It’s a very nice and spacious apartment with a great view from the 9th floor, although the elevator is right next to the front door, this did not cause any inconvenience. The beds were very nice, there are 2 bathrooms, but unfortunately only one has the option to shower standing up. I did miss a coffee machine🙁. There are many amenities nearby, restaurants, cafes and small supermarkets right in the street, bus stop a 2' walk, ferry to Valletta a 5' walk. Host Neil was very friendly and helpful with advice and tips, nice contact via WhatsApp, responded quickly to questions

Nothing .I liked everything

Great location, phenomenal view. The place is spacious with three bedrooms and big balcony. Bars and restaurants right by you and if you’re booking a day on the Spirit of Malta (Big boat that takes you to Blue lagoon) the pick up is right in front. The price felt like a steal when booking.

The beds were uncomfortable and could tell the frames were used. There’s only one standing shower with the other bathroom having a bath. Otherwise great spot.

A modern and comfortable appartment located on the frontline of the Sliema’s Harbour. Beside bars and restaurants and 15mn far from Valletta by car. With an amazing view to Valletta ! So beautiful !
