Location was good Clean

Black mould in one bedroom Internet didn't work TV struggled with signal Bathroom radiator too close to toilet causing burns

Good location next to Witherspoon's and co-op supermarket

No where to hang clothes in one of the bedrooms

House was ok and good location

Wifi did not work. Nor did the TV. Getting booking information from the property was arduous and took around 30minutes to get info on how to enter property. Some out of date stuff left in fridge.

The beds were clean and comfortable. The host was fast to respond with any questions.

The level of cleanliness was poor. Carpets weren’t hoovered, balls of dog hair in parts of the house, lots of surfaces were dusty and just not very clean in general. The bathroom had a horrid smell. Felt like the house could be ok with a very good clean but also getting generally tired in places. We ended up buying our own kitchen utensils as we didn’t fancy scrubbing the ones that were there before use. The beds were clean and very comfortable. Location was good and close to shops / cafes.

Great location, really convenient for the town centre shops and restaurants. Comfortable and warm.

Car parking it’s not clear that there is no parking but opportunities to park at the insurance offices out of hours only or the co-op for 2 hours. Incorrect wifi instructions. Oven & surrounding area could be cleaner.
