It was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. There was roach killer on the counter, a half drank bottle of water, dirty socks, no trash cans, and no soap.

"Not accessible friendly. Rude staff. Closed lobby."

Everything. Mostly customer service and staff. But also the fact that they are not an accessible property. It just takes common sense not to provide all of the first floor rooms, in case someone with disabilities comes. Book the other floors then keep some 1st floor available. I made a reservation and went to check-in at 10pm on a Saturday evening, the lobby was closed. I live like 20 miles away but chose to stay close to work because of impending weather conditions. So, I stood outside on their landline phone in the freezing 4° temp waiting for a lobby attendant to come, just to find out they had no room available on first floor and no elevators. I am disabled, and cannot climb stairs. They couldn't accommodate me. Tell me why would they lack the morals and charge me for cancellation due to this accessibility reason. The transaction went through my account. Then calling them to discuss the free cancellation request that I sent to the property through booking.com, the person on the phone was very pushy, kept talking over me, and wouldn't allow me to speak. Wanted them to know the booking.com app shows that they were waiting on the property to respond to my free cancellation request. Nope. They didn't care. Just pushed me off the phone saying to call booking, and booking says talk to the property since we are waiting for their response to approve the free cancellation request. I was thrown into a continuous circle of no help/no answers other than what I already knew from being repeated over and over. I would stay away from this place.
